How to create a new meeting

Create your account, login to Meeting24 and you'll see the "Create a new meeting" page. You can create a new meeting by just entering a meeting ID.

After that you'll get a meeting URL, and you can share this URL to your meeting members by email or IM.

Does meeting URL have the expiration date?

Your meeting URL is valid for 24 hours after created the URL. After 24 hours your meeting URL will become invalid, and you need re-create your meeting URL.

If you want a permanent meeting URL, you need a pro account.

How to delete my meeting room

Login and go to "View and edit your created meeting logs". You'll find your meeting room name, URL and buttons. Push the "Edit" button and you can delete your room.

How many members can meeting members join a meeting?

Up to 24 members can join a meeting.

If you want to use a meeting room for more than 24 hours, you need a pro account.

How to set a password to my meeting URL

We set the meeting URL(address) by a technique like the encryption so it has a certain amount of security.Even so if you want to set the password to join your meeting room, you need a pro account.

What is a Pro account service?

1. "We want to use the meeting room for more than 24 hours(unlimitedly)."
2. "We want to set the password for the meeting room."
3. "We want to hide the CM video and all the advertisements."

We have a Pro account option menu to respond to this request. This Pro account service is available for a monthly fee of 10,000 Yen. (The maximum number of users depend on your network speed and PC specs.)



It costs for a user ID setting a meeting room. It doesn't cost for members joining meeting rooms. You can create up to 1 meeting room by using your user account. If you want to create more than 2 meeting rooms, you need to create other user account.
